What does the production process look like?
Our process is simple and structured: Discovery → Script → Storyboard → Animation → Sound → Delivery. You review and approve each step before we move forward. Animation begins only after the storyboard is locked ensuring clarity and zero surprises.
How long does a typical motion project take?
Most projects span 3 – 5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on scope and creative complexity. We establish a clear timeline upfront and keep every stage moving toward delivery.
How many revision rounds are included?
Each project includes two rounds of revisions at key stages of the process, giving you the opportunity to refine the work before we move forward. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be arranged at an agreed rate.
What do we need before we begin?
We’ll need your Figma files, brand identity, logos, colors, fonts, UI recordings, product materials, and any existing visual references relevant to the project. A clear brief or idea of what you’re looking to achieve also helps us shape the right creative direction from the start.If you don’t have a script or storyboard yet, that’s completely fine we can help shape the creative direction and bring the idea that works.
How much does a motion video project cost?
Projects typically range from $4,000 to $8,000, depending on the scope, creative direction, and complexity. We start with a discovery call to understand your vision and requirements, then provide a clear quote upfront so you know exactly what you’re investing in before we begin.

Can you produce a project on a tight timeline?
Yes. When the scope is clear and decisions move quickly, we can accommodate accelerated timelines. If you have a fixed launch date, share it with us upfront and we’ll build the production schedule around it. Rush projects may include an additional fee depending on the scope and timeline.
