We developed the storyboard to establish the overall creative direction, visual flow, and messaging for the CloudFit video.

Once production began, the project evolved through iteration. Approximately 40% of the final animation followed the original storyboard, while the remaining scenes were refined during motion design to improve pacing, simplify the feature walkthrough, and better match how a new user actually explores the app.

For us, storyboards are a strategic starting point, not a fixed blueprint. That said, if a client prefers the final animation to follow the storyboard exactly, we're glad to do that too. it's simply a preference we align on upfront.
