For GreenLight Dash, the client walked us through the product directly a local-first creative studio app built for motion designers, video editors, and developers, bundling moodboarding, AI agents, and a video editor into one desktop tool that runs entirely on-device with no subscriptions. Rather than jumping straight into visuals, we researched how the platform actually worked before shaping any narrative around it.

Since the product was built primarily for motion designers and video editors, understanding it came naturally we were, in a sense, designing for our own peers. That familiarity made it easier to see past the feature list and identify what would genuinely resonate with the target audience.

Once we had a clear read on the product and its users, we moved into scripting, followed by storyboarding to map out how each feature and interaction would translate into motion. After the client reviewed and approved the storyboard, we moved into full animation production, building out the final motion design and video.
